Pico de gallo
Pico is quick and easy and tasty as hell.
6 roma tomatoes, cored and diced
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
juice of one lime
salt to taste
Mix all ingredients and allow to chill for about an hour.
Serve with your favorite corn chips.
